Reiki

I am a certified Master Reiki and am available for in person or distance virtual reiki sessions. Reiki is a form of energy healing. I incorporate essential oils into the session if desired, as well.

Brand Ambassador

I LOVE promoting brands that I LOVE and align with my nutrition philosophies.  I'm all about the love here.  If you've got a great brand and you think we'd be a good fit, please contact me.   Upon review of your brand, if your vibes match my vibes I'd be happy to promote your brand or product!  

Recipe Development
