Community Wellness

I am available to offer wellness presentations for different community groups; including, but not limited to schools, gyms, yoga studios and wellness fairs.  Please contact me for further information about how I can bring nutrition enlightenment into your community!

Corporate

I offer assistance setting up a worksite wellness program for your company, including, counseling for employees via Skype or telephone. 

Wellness presentations for your company are available, as well!  Presentations can be included in worksite wellness programs or separate for a wellness fair or otherwise!
